Plants are living organisms, they have many types and great benefits for humans, animals and nature. One of their benefits is to give people food and medicine, and the plant works to produce the oxygen that a person breathes by absorbing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, and it benefits the animal in supplying it with food. It provides nature with beauty and a breathtaking view. It is distinguished by the beauty of its scenery, which gives the soul a rest. Among the types of plants are trees, flowers, herbs, weeds, trees and shrubs. As for flowers, they are plants that give an aesthetic to nature and a beautiful view. They have a beautiful aroma, and their leaves are thin and grow in a humid environment. U grow in different sizes in many environments. Trees and shrubs are tall, woody plants that may be perennial on which fruits grow, as well as shrubs but are less tall than trees.

 

Types of plants The following are the types of plants:

  1. Aquatic plants:

They are plants that grow in the environment of abundant water nature to get a lot of water. Aquatic plants have several types:

  • Flooded plants: These plants must be submerged in water in order to grow, and among their characteristics are that their roots are not branched and their legs are long green and thin, and their small filamentous leaves that help them withstand the power of water and not tear during the irrigation process, and examples such as: whale whale, and the tongue of the sea.
  • Floating plants: These plants have flat leaves with no hairs, when watered, they float above the water surface and are found in large numbers, including: lentils of water.

2. Amphibious plants:

are plants implanted in clay whose roots grow in the lower part submerged in water, and the body of the plant is in the upper part above the water, and these plants are considered weak because their roots are full of water and can be easily uprooted.

3. Intermediate plants:

are plants that grow in the ground, between dry and wet, and require moderate oxygen saturation and moderate heat. These plants have abundant bristles, and their leaves are green, characterized by their large size.

4. Dried plants:

They are plants that grow in deserts and do not need much water to water them, as they are strong and resist drought and less rain, and the soil in which they grow is salty due to the desert nature.

for plants are all great benefits that benefit nature, people and living organisms in the system of life. These include:

  • The nutritional benefits: they are the food of humans and animals, and without them, other organisms may die, as they enter into the manufacture of most of the daily food for humans that contain nutrients such as carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals that are concentrated in vegetables and fruits, and the plants provide the animal with food that guarantees its survival.
  • Therapeutic benefits: As plants enter into the manufacture of some medicines to treat pain or cosmetic, these therapeutic plants such as herbs such as sage, mint, chamomile and anise.
  • Aromatic benefits: Flowers enter into the manufacture of various perfumes with beautiful scents, such as lavender plant, in addition to scented creams that go into making them.
  • Aesthetic benefits: Plants provide a beautiful and natural view of the environment, and people are keen to grow plants next to or inside the house, and by purchasing ornamental plants.
